    This routine doesn't stink. It's the truth that stinks to those who don't and can't stand to hear it and put in the hard work of eating clean enuf to get a 6-7-8 pack! Unless your geneticaly blessed a thin assed dude in the first, by the way, or, if you are on the juice, it's gota be done this way.
